Refund policy

Refund policy — MICHAEL DENNIS GROSS

We want you to receive electronics that work exactly as described. If something is not right, you can return it for a refund.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier to start a return.
The item must be unused, in the condition you received it, with all cables, adapters, stands, manuals and accessories from the box.
Original packaging is preferred but not required, as long as the product is protected in transit.

How to request a return

Email support@windbacktosnow.shop or call +1 309-827-2716 with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We answer with return instructions and the return address.
Send the parcel back and share the tracking number with us.

Refund timing and methods

Once the return arrives and is inspected, we refund the item price to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days of approval.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item was faulty, arrived damaged, or was not what you ordered.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the reason for the return is on our side.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and two or three photos of the product and its outer box. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and we will not ask you to pay for the return label.

Exchanges

If you would rather swap an item for another product we sell, tell us when you open the return. We reserve the replacement and dispatch it as soon as the original is on its way back, subject to stock.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept batteries or charging products that show signs of use, modification or physical damage caused after delivery, and we cannot accept returns started more than 30 days after delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
